1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services of MB Billings Masonry, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
MB Billings Masonry provides professional masonry services including but not limited to brick repair, chimney rebuilding, tuckpointing, retaining walls, custom patios, stone veneer installation, and related masonry work. All services are subject to availability and are provided in accordance with industry standards and local building codes.
3. Estimates and Pricing
We provide free on-site consultations and written estimates for all projects. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary if project scope changes or unforeseen conditions are discovered during work. Any changes to pricing will be communicated and approved before proceeding with additional work.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your project contract. Typically, a deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due upon project completion. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your contract.
5. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel a project with written notice. Cancellations made before work begins may forfeit the deposit if materials have been ordered or scheduling arrangements have been made. Cancellations after work has begun will be charged for all work completed and materials purchased.
6. Warranties
We stand behind our work with comprehensive warranties covering workmanship and installation quality. Warranty terms vary by project type and are specified in your contract. Material warranties are provided by manufacturers and passed along to clients. Warranties do not cover damage from improper use, neglect, or acts of nature.
7. Liability
MB Billings Masonry carries comprehensive liability insurance and workers compensation coverage for all employees. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities not properly marked, pre-existing structural issues not disclosed, or damage caused by client interference with the project.
8. Property Access
Clients agree to provide clear access to work areas during scheduled project times. This includes removing vehicles, outdoor furniture, or other obstacles that may interfere with work. Clients are responsible for securing pets and notifying us of any property hazards.
9. Weather and Delays
Project timelines are subject to weather conditions, material availability, and permit approvals. We will make every effort to complete projects on schedule but are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Timeline adjustments will be communicated promptly.
10. Changes to Terms
MB Billings Masonry reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
